Here are some answers to the questions most frequently posed to us :) If there is anything not listed here please feel free to get in contact with us and let us assist you in your journey!

  • CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

    We understand that you might change your mind after checking out :) If you would like to change an order, please contact us with your order number for us to assist further .

  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

    We do not accept refunds and/or cancellations. As much as we hope all your purchases are satisfactory, we will accept changes to orders on a case by case basis :)

  • HOW LONG CAN I USE MY PHONE STRAP?

    As much as our phones traps are durable, wear and tear is unavoidable especially with daily usage. We recommend changing out your phone straps with our guide below:

    1.5 Months: Heavy Users (hangs on arm frequently, swings it around a lot, heavy bigger phones)

    2.5 Months: Moderate Users (hangs on arm occasionally, light swings)

    3.5 Months: Light Users (rare usage as a phone strap, more for decorative purposes)

  • IS THERE WARRANTY?

    Yes actually there is! Every phone strap you get comes with a warranty of 1.5 months (45 days) from the day your purchase! In any case that the phone strap snaps/breaks within that timeframe, we will do a 1-1 replacement for you! Email us at kuehclouds@gmail.com or drop us an IG DM for further assistance.

  • MY PRODUCT IS SPOILT?

    We check through all items to ensure there are no defects before mailing :) Tarnishing/loosening of items over a period of time with daily usage is a natural occurence. Please note that we are unable to accept refunds.

  • IS SHIPPING (LOCAL/INTERNATIONAL) INCLUDED?

    Free normal mailing within Singapore is included with all orders :) International mail costs will be borne by customers and we will contact you for further details upon checkout!
